A system that utilizes two control paths with two different centers of rotation to minimize the problems that result from the inevitable misalignment between the center of gravity of the system and a single rotation point.

Within the Focus CR the seat frame naturally wants to settle to the middle instead of slamming forward or backward – thus putting the forces that used to work against you on your side. You can feel confident that uncontrolled tilting is a thing of the past.

  • The Focus offers a smooth and quiet power tilt operation controlled by an easy-to-use toggle that gives the client the independence to control their position and better perform their daily activities.
• Tilt Mechanism
  • The Focus CR's complex rotation is controlled by our completely redesigned, simpler tilt mechanism. Cable routing is now inside the seat frame and uses a shorter cable. The result? Almost no cable adjustments required. With the most tilt options on the market, allow the caregiver to choose which option works best for them and their client. SINGLE, DUAL or FOOT.

  • Focus CR is the ONLY adult tilt-in-space that gives caregivers the opportunity to tilt with their right or left hand for those who are multitasking.
• Ease of Adjustment
  
  • The Focus CR is also a smart tilt. The chair will tell you how much adjustment is needed so you have more time to focus on the other details of your day. No rotation design has ever been so easy to adjust. Ever.
    
  • Only 2 bolts are required to make the CG adjustment. In most cases the adjustment can be done with the seating system and client in position.
• Hanger Options
  
  • Because the human body doesn't grow in one inch increments you will appreciate the 70° and 80° front mount hangers. With expanded foot positioning operations, adjustments in .5" increments and extended footrest lengths you can count on achieving the positioning the client needs.
    
  • 4-Way Hanger Release options allow you to mount the hanger release in 4 different positions with ONE bolt! The Inline position provides the best optimization for caregivers while the Out position provides the best optimization for the client.
• Anti-TIPS
  
  • Flip-up spring-loaded design makes it simple. Now just use your foot to easily flip them up and down as required. 
• Roller Bearings
  • Unlike other tilt-in-space wheelchairs that use plastic rollers or plastic bushings in their tilt mechanisms the Focus CR utilizes 8 precision sealed bearings of the highest quality.
  • The ultimate in durability and virtually maintenance free, each bearing comes with a lifetime warranty at no additional charge.
• Adjustable Height Back with Fold Down Stroller Handles 
  
  • Compact knuckle design on the fold down stroller handle allows for a range of motion from 30° to 270°.
  • This ensures the caretaker always has comfortable hand positioning no matter the angle of tilt the chair is in. It also enables the handles to be folded down flush tight against the back canes so the chair can be transported in tight spaces much easier.

Product Specifications

Warranty

• Ki Mobility warrants the frame, hangers, tilt assembly (including bearings) and quick-release axles of this wheelchair against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. Power tilt components are warranted for two years except the batteries. All other Ki Mobility-made parts and components of this wheelchair are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of first consumer purchase. The expected life of the frame is five years.
• Limitations to the Warranty
  • We do not warrant:
    a. Wear items: Upholstery, tires, armrest pads, tubes, armrests and push-handle grips.
    b. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse or from improper installation or repair.
    c. Damage from exceeding weight limit.
    
  • This warranty is VOID if the original chair serial number tag is removed or altered.
    
  • This warranty is VOID if the original chair has been modified from its original condition and it is determined the modification resulted in failure.
    
  • This warranty applies in North America only. Check with your supplier to find out if international warranties apply.
    

Configured Product Returns 

Configured Products are defined as any product that is ordered by CUSTOMER and custom-built. Ki Mobility will charge a 40% restocking fee on all returns that fall into this category. A returned Configured Product must be unused and, whenever possible, return shipped in the original shipping container, and requested within 30 days of invoice
