Warranty
- Ki Mobility warrants the frame and quickrelease axles of this mobility base against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years for the original purchaser. All other Ki Mobility-made parts and components of this mobility base are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase.
- The expected life of the frame is five years.
- Limitations to the Warranty
- We do not warrant:
a. Wear items: Upholstery, tires, armrest pads, tubes, armrests and push- handle grips.
b. Damage resulting from neglect, misuse or from improper installation or repair.
c. Damage from exceeding weight limit.
- This warranty is VOID if the original mobility base serial number tag is removed or altered.
- This warranty is VOID if the original mobility base has been modified from its original condition and it is determined the modification resulted in failure.
- This warranty applies in the USA only. Check with your supplier to find out if
international warranties apply.
Configured Product Returns
Configured Products are defined as any product that is ordered by CUSTOMER and custom-built. Ki Mobility will charge a 40% restocking fee on all returns that fall into this category. A returned Configured Product must be unused and, whenever possible, return shipped in the original shipping container, and requested within 30 days of invoice
