The KT Health Ice Sleeve replaces the loose ice pack you have to hold in place. It is a soft microfiber sleeve you pull on over a knee or elbow, so the cold wraps the joint on all sides at once instead of pressing against one face of it. The sleeve stretches to the limb, which gives light compression at the same time as the cold.

Because the material stays flexible straight out of the freezer, it molds to the joint rather than sitting stiff against it, and it can go directly on skin for efficient cold transfer. KT Tape recommends sessions of up to 20 minutes.
