KT Tape Pro Extreme is a synthetic kinesiology tape built for training that does not stop for weather, sweat or water. Its extra-strength adhesive is formulated to stay put through strenuous activity, high heat, high humidity, wet conditions and oily skin, and the manufacturer rates a single application to last 4 to 7 days across multiple workouts.

The tape can be worn in the shower, in the pool and in the ocean. Synthetic performance fibers dry quickly, resist water and carry a stronger elastic core than cotton kinesiology tape, so the strip keeps its stretch and recoil over a longer wear window while leaving range of motion free. According to KT Tape, this construction gives more durable support for muscles, joints and tendons than its cotton line.

Every roll arrives precut and ready to apply. Each of the 20 strips measures 10 inches long by 2 inches wide with rounded corners that reduce catching on clothing and fraying at the edges. The tape is latex-free, natural rubber-free and hypoallergenic, made with a medical-grade MMA adhesive. If your skin is sensitive or prone to irritation, KT Tape recommends testing a small unstretched piece on the knee or forearm first.
