KT Tape Pro is a 100% synthetic kinesiology tape built for training that keeps going through sweat, showers and open water. KT Tape describes it as the first fully synthetic kinesiology tape in its range, re-engineered with a stronger adhesive so a single application holds through multiple workouts.

Compared with the brand's cotton tape, the Pro construction is more durable and more water-resistant. The synthetic performance fibers dry quickly and carry a stronger elastic core, so the strip keeps its stretch and recoil across a longer wear window while leaving range of motion free. KT Tape rates the adhesive to stay in place for 4 to 7 days.

Pro can be worn in the shower, in the pool, and at the beach, which makes it a practical choice for swimmers, runners and anyone taping an elbow, shoulder or knee for several days at a time.

Every roll arrives precut and ready to apply straight out of the box. Each of the 20 strips measures 10 inches long by 2 inches wide, with rounded corners that help keep the edges from catching on clothing or fraying.
