KT Tape Sensitive Skin is a cotton kinesiology tape built around a gentler adhesive. It is aimed at people who want taping support for lighter activity but react badly to standard tape adhesives, and it is formulated to release more easily from the skin at removal.

According to KT Tape, a single application stays in place for 1 to 3 days through showers, humidity, cold weather and pool use. The elastic core still delivers support to muscles, joints and tendons without restricting comfort or range of motion.*

Strips arrive precut and ready to apply straight out of the box. Each roll holds 20 strips measuring 10 inches long by 2 inches wide, with rounded corners that help keep the edges from catching on clothing or fraying.

KT Tape states that its products are hypoallergenic, latex-free and natural rubber-free. Even so, if you have sensitive skin or are prone to irritation, KT Tape recommends testing a small piece applied with no stretch on tougher skin such as the knee or forearm before wider use.
