This unit's channel ledges easily store up to 19 full-size 18" x 26" (457 x 660) sheet pans. The wings add 30” of additional valuable working space when up, and conveniently fold down for storage. All swivel casters, 2 with brake, provide the flexibility to work in various locations. The 110's 20 gauge stainless steel construction increases durability, easy to clean and sanitize.
