The Lumex Comfort 600 Foam Mattress (C600 series) is an advanced pressure redistribution mattress engineered for patient comfort and effective pressure injury management in higher-risk individuals, particularly those with pressure ulcers or high-risk heels. The tri-laminate construction includes a high-density supportive base, secondary comfort layer, and die-cut convoluted top layer that enhances immersion, increases airflow, and cools the sleep surface. The tapered heel slope (heel slope/HS) provides targeted pressure reduction for sensitive heels and ankles. Optional 3" raised perimeter bolsters (RB models) offer firm edge support with ingress-egress cutouts for safer patient transfers. The stretch polyurethane soft top cover is vapor permeable (0% vapor transmission), low-shear to minimize friction-related skin damage, fluid resistant, antimicrobial, bacteria/fungal resistant, non-allergenic, anti-static, and flame retardant (meets 16 CFR 1633). Durable vinyl bottom adds strength. Concealed full zipper enables easy cleaning and maintenance. Made in USA.
