Each dish undergoes vacuum plasma surface etching to enhance hydrophilic properties, facilitating robust cell attachment and spreading across the growth surface. Molded and packaged within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment, the dishes are E-beam sterilized to maintain a Sterility Assurance Level of SAL 10^-6.
The structural design includes raised stacking rings on the lid for secure placement and a ventilation grid to ensure efficient, continuous gas exchange. For enhanced laboratory safety and ease of use, select models incorporate a specialized gripping ring around the dish rim to prevent accidental slipping. Complete lot traceability is guaranteed with clear lot numbers printed on every unit, meeting rigorous international quality standards for medical and research applications.
