The NEST Scientific 175 cm² Cell Culture Flasks are engineered for high-yield cell propagation in sterile laboratory environments. Manufactured from USP grade VI virgin polystyrene, each flask features a total internal volume of 400 mL and a standard 120 x 188 mm footprint. These sterile flasks are equipped with HDPE vent caps to ensure consistent gas exchange while maintaining a secure contamination barrier. Designed for efficiency, they feature frosted writing areas for convenient sample identification, printed lot numbers for full traceability, and raised bottom edges to allow stable, slip-free stacking.
Molded and packaged in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom under strict cGMP standards, each lot is e-beam sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6 and certified free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, human DNA, and animal-derived components. Available in both TC-treated (plasma-etched) surfaces for adherent cell lines and non-treated surfaces for suspension cultures, these flasks deliver reliable performance across diverse cell culture applications.
