Engineered from high-purity USP Class VI virgin polystyrene, these 225 cm² cell culture flasks provide a reliable environment for cell culture workflows. Available in both TC-treated options for adherent cells and non-treated configurations for suspension cultures, each flask features an HDPE vented cap to ensure optimal gas exchange. Designed for convenience and safety, the body incorporates frosted writing areas for clear sample identification and raised bottom edges for slip-free stacking.
Every unit is manufactured in cGMP-compliant, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001 certified facilities and molded within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. The vessels are e-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ and are certified lot-tested free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, human DNA, and animal-derived products. Packaged conveniently in sterile zip-lock bags of 10 units with 200 flasks per case, these culture vessels support high-throughput laboratory consistency and full lot traceability.
