NEST Scientific 25cm² Cell Culture Flasks are engineered for precise cell growth in laboratory and research environments. Constructed from high-clarity USP grade VI virgin polystyrene, these culture vessels feature a standard 54 x 77 mm footprint and an internal capacity of 30 mL. Available in both Tissue Culture (TC) treated surfaces for adherent cell lines and non-treated surfaces optimized for suspension cultures, these flasks adapt seamlessly to various cell expansion protocols. The fitted High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plug seal caps deliver a secure, leak-proof seal during tight closure or facilitate gas exchange when intentionally backed off.
Every flask includes clear, printed lot numbers alongside frosted writing surfaces to ensure accurate sample tracking and quick laboratory identification. Designed for space-saving efficiency, the raised edges on the bottom of each flask prevent slipping during stacked incubation and storage. Manufactured under strict quality management systems (ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001, and cGMP compliance in an ISO 7 cleanroom), these flasks are E-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ and are certified free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, human DNA, and animal-derived products.
