NEST Scientific 5-Layer Cell Culture Flasks provide an advanced, high-yield solution engineered to scale up adherent cell culture production while drastically saving valuable incubator space. Designed to deliver the growth surface equivalent of five standard 175 cm² flasks within a single compact vessel, these multi-layer flasks maximize lab efficiency without expanding your footprint. Constructed from high-purity USP Class VI polystyrene with polyethylene caps, each flask utilizes ultrasonic welding without extractable or leachable adhesives to preserve culture integrity.

The tissue culture (TC) surface treatment via plasma etching promotes optimal adherent cell attachment and uniform growth across all layers. Manufactured in an ISO 13485:2016 and cGMP-compliant cleanroom facility, every unit is electron-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶. Available with either a plug seal cap or a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane vent cap for sterile continuous gas exchange, these flasks provide a reliable, certified non-pyrogenic, and animal-component-free platform for demanding biological applications.
