Designed for experiments requiring the handling of large sample volumes, the NEST 96-well tissue culture plate provides a reliable solution for adherent cell line research. Each flat-bottom plate is molded from optically clear USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene and features a plasma-etched tissue culture (TC) treated surface that promotes optimal cell attachment. Built to the standardized SBS/ANSI footprint, these microplates ensure seamless compatibility with automated liquid handlers, plate readers, and robotic systems.
The design includes raised well rims to minimize cross-contamination and evaporation, as well as notched bottoms with raised outer edges for stable, secure stacking. Alphanumeric markings provide effortless sample tracking, while small feet on the plate base protect delicate microscope objectives during direct viewing. Individually packaged in cleanroom-friendly, fully recyclable polypropylene film, each plate is e-beam sterilized to SAL 10^-6 and lot-tested free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, and animal-derived components.
