The high-quality 24-well cell culture plate is manufactured from optically clear USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene to ensure optimal visibility during microscopic evaluation. Each flat-bottom well features a plasma-etched tissue culture (TC) treated surface that promotes uniform cell attachment and reliable growth across a 1.9 cm² growth area per well. Designed to meet standard SBS/ANSI footprint dimensions, these plates integrate seamlessly into automated liquid handlers and microplate readers. Advanced physical design elements—such as raised well edges, notched bottoms, and anti-scratch bottom feet—help minimize evaporation, prevent optical damage, and support stable stacking.
Every plate is individually sealed in a peelable blister pack and e-beam sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment. The production process operates in a cGMP, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001 certified facility, ensuring full lot traceability and certified freedom from pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase, RNase, DNA, BSE/TSE, and animal-derived products.
