Designed for optimal adherent cell growth, the Nest Scientific 100mm TC Treated Cell Culture Dish features a plasma-etched surface modification that enhances cell attachment and spreading across a 57.6 cm² growth area. Each optically clear dish is constructed from USP Class VI virgin polystyrene to ensure high clarity during microscopic observations. Manufactured in a cGMP, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001 certified facility within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, this product guarantees superior quality control.
The dishes are E-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6 and lot tested free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase/RNase, and human DNA. Integrated stacking rings with raised edges provide secure handling and stability during incubation and transport. Each individual dish includes a printed lot number for full batch traceability across cell culture workflows. Packaged conveniently with 5 dishes per sleeve and 60 sleeves per case, this product provides a total quantity of 300 sterile plates per case.
