Engineered for reliable cell growth and assay performance, the Nest Scientific 12-well cell culture plate provides an optimal environment for adherent cell culture applications. Each plate is manufactured from high-clarity USP Class VI virgin polystyrene to ensure superior optical performance during microscopic examination. The cell-growth surface undergoes vacuum plasma tissue culture treatment to promote uniform cell attachment and expansion. Designed according to standard SBS/ANSI footprints, these plates ensure full compatibility with automated liquid handling systems and laboratory instrumentation.
Every unit is individually wrapped in peelable Tyvek film and blister packaging to maintain maximum sterile integrity. Electron beam sterilization guarantees a Sterility Assurance Level of 10⁻⁶, rendering the plates certified non-pyrogenic, cytotoxin-free, and free of detectable DNase, RNase, and human DNA. Additionally, raised edges reduce evaporation rates while low-profile feet safeguard optical surfaces against scratching.
