The Nest Scientific 12 Well Cell Culture Plate (Cat. No. 712002) is engineered from optically clear USP Class VI virgin polystyrene to deliver consistent performance in cell-based assays, microscopy, and general culture work. Featuring plasma-etched tissue culture treatment, these flat-bottom wells optimize surface energy for reliable adherent cell attachment and growth. Each well provides a 3.6 cm² growth area with a recommended working volume of 0.76 to 1.14 mL (760–1140 µL). Standardized with an SBS/ANSI footprint, the plates offer seamless integration with automated liquid handlers and robotic readers.

The bulk packaging configuration contains 10 plates per sealed plastic bag and 50 plates per case, delivering a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution with reduced packaging waste. Manufactured under cGMP, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001 quality management systems in an ISO 7 cleanroom, every lot is E-beam sterilized to SAL 10^-6 and certified free of pyrogens, cytotoxins, DNase, RNase, DNA, BSE/TSE, and animal-derived products.
