Designed for optimal performace in cell-based assays, the Nest Scientific 12 Well Cell Culture Plate features a non-treated hydrophobic surface specifically engineered for suspension cells. Each plate is manufactured from optically clear USP Class VI virgin polystyrene to ensure uncompromised optical quality during microscopic evaluation. Individual packaging in peelable blister film delivers maximum sterility assurance and minimizes contamination risk in cleanroom or GMP environments.
The standard SBS/ANSI footprint enables seamless integration with automated liquid handlers, plate readers, and robotic systems. Engineered with raised well edges and a low-evaporation lid design, it effectively reduces sample evaporation and preserves media concentration. Additional features include alphanumeric markings for convenient sample identification, notched bottoms with raised edges for stable stacking, and small corner feet to protect microscope objectives from scratching.
