Designed for demanding cell culture applications, these 150mm sterile cell culture dishes provide an expansive 150.1 cm² growth area with a recommended working media volume of 30.4 to 45.6 mL per dish. Each dish is precision-molded from optically clear USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene, ensuring optical clarity for phase contrast and fluorescence microscopy. The plasma-etched tissue culture (TC) surface treatment enhances surface hydrophilicity to promote optimal cell attachment and uniform spreading across adherent cell lines.

Manufactured and packaged in an ISO 7 cleanroom within cGMP, ISO 13485:2016, and ISO 9001 certified facilities, every lot is E-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6. Built-in stacking rings with raised edges maintain physical stability during incubator storage and transfer, while an individual lot number printed on each dish ensures complete batch traceability. Supplied as 5 sterile dishes per sleeve with 20 sleeves per case (100 dishes total), this packaging format provides a contamination-free solution for reliable, reproducible cell culture workflows.
