The Nest Scientific 48 Well Cell Culture Plate is engineered from optically clear USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene to support reproducible cell growth and high-throughput analytical assays. Featuring a tissue culture (TC) treated surface modified via plasma etching, this flat-bottom plate promotes uniform cellular attachment across an optimal growth area of 0.88 cm² per well. Designed with an industry-standard SBS/ANSI footprint, it integrates seamlessly into automated liquid handling workflows, plate readers, and robotic systems. Each plate includes raised well rims and bottom support feet to slow evaporation, minimize cross-contamination, and prevent optical scratching during microscopic evaluation.
Manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom under cGMP standards, these plates are electron-beam sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ and lot-certified non-pyrogenic, cytotoxin-free, and free of DNase, RNase, human DNA, and animal-derived products. Individually wrapped in fiber-free recyclable polypropylene film, this 50-plate case packaging ensures maximum sterility maintenance for stringent cleanroom operations and laboratory workflows.
