NEST Scientific 75 cm² Cell Culture Flasks are designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern cell culture applications in biological and pharmaceutical research facilities. Manufactured from high-clarity USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene, these flasks feature a total internal volume of 225 mL and a standard 90 x 133 mm footprint for effortless handling and incubator storage. The line offers specialized surface options, including plasma-etched tissue culture (TC) treatment engineered for adherent cell expansion and non-treated surfaces designed specifically for suspension cell cultures. Equipped with HDPE plug seal caps, these units maintain a tight closed system when fully tightened to minimize risk of evaporation and contamination.
Each flask is designed with a frosted writing area for clear sample labeling, printed with an individual lot number for complete traceability, and styled with raised bottom edges to ensure slip-free, stable stacking. Produced in an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001 certified, cGMP-compliant ISO Class 7 cleanroom, the flasks are electron-beam sterilized to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ and are certified non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, DNase/RNase-free, human DNA-free, BSE/TSE-free, and animal-product-free.
