NEST BioFactory™ Systems provide compact, multi-layer, single-use cell culture platforms engineered for reliable and cost-effective cell culture scale-up. Designed for medium- to large-scale research as well as industrial production, these platforms support the cultivation of cell-based products including vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, proteins, and biopharmaceuticals. Constructed from high-purity USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene, the individual flask layers are ultrasonically welded together without the use of adhesives or additives. This advanced manufacturing process creates a durable, gas-tight seal between layers while eliminating potential leachables and extractables that could compromise cell culture growth.

The growth surface features TC treatment via plasma etching specifically optimized for adherent cells, delivering dimensional and geometric parity to equivalent Corning CellSTACK® systems. Offered in two distinct cap configurations—wide mouth (26 mm) ports for seamless pouring and narrow mouth (12 mm) ports engineered for aseptic transfer tubing—every unit is individually packaged in double-layer sterile bags and E-beam sterilized to SAL 10^-6.

• Flask layers are ultrasonically welded together without adhesives or additives. This creates a strong, gas-tight seal between layers without introducing leachables and extractables that could cause cell culture abnormalities
• Two port mouth options available. Wide mouth (26mm) ports make it easy to pour media and reach all layers of the flask. Narrow mouth (12mm) ports are designed to fit aseptic transfer caps for sterile transfer of cells and media into and out of the flasks
• Optional threaded caps are offered with chemically resistant, heat-sealable flexible TPE tubing, enabling aseptic transfer of media and cells
• Dimensionally and geometrically identical in design to Corning CellSTACK® flasks
• Compatible with Corning accessories, caps and equipment
• 100% of flasks are tested for leakage via pressure testing before shipping
• Clear lot number for batch traceability
• Suitable for large-scale cultivation of adherent cells
