The NEST BioFactory 2-Chamber Tissue Culture System is a compact, single-use platform designed for efficient and reliable cell culture scale-up in medium- to large-scale biopharmaceutical applications. Constructed from high-clarity USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene, each flask features an total culture area of 1279 cm² optimized for adherent cell cultivation. The individual flask layers are joined using ultrasonic welding without adhesives or additives, eliminating potential leachables and extractables to maintain lot-to-lot reproducibility and prevent culture abnormalities.

This model is equipped with dual port mouth designs—one 26 mm wide mouth for efficient media pouring and one 12 mm narrow mouth for integration with aseptic liquid transfer caps. Individually packed in double-layer sterile bags, the system is e-beam sterilized to guarantee a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶. Geometrically identical to Corning CellSTACK® flasks, NEST BioFactory systems integrate into existing workflows while offering batch traceability and validation dossier support for endpoint pharmaceutical manufacturing.

• Individually packaged in double-layer sterile bags
• Flask layers are ultrasonically welded together without adhesives or additives. This creates a strong, gas-tight seal between layers without introducing leachables and extractables that could cause cell culture abnormalities
• Two port mouth options available. Wide mouth (26mm) ports make it easy to pour media and reach all layers of the flask. Narrow mouth (12mm) ports are designed to fit aseptic transfer caps for sterile transfer of cells and media into and out of the flasks
• Optional threaded caps are offered with chemically resistant, heat-sealable flexible TPE tubing, enabling aseptic transfer of media and cells
• Dimensionally and geometrically identical in design to Corning CellSTACK® flasks
• Compatible with Corning accessories, caps and equipment
• 100% of flasks are tested for leakage via pressure testing before shipping
• Clear lot number for batch traceability
• Suitable for large-scale cultivation of adherent cells
