NEST Scientific 40-Chamber BioFactory Systems provide a compact, single-use multi-layer platform engineered for industrial biopharmaceutical production and large-scale adherent cell culture scale-up. Constructed from USP Grade VI virgin polystyrene, these flasks feature forty ultrasonically welded layers created without adhesives or additives to eliminate leachables and extractables. Each unit delivers a total culture surface area of 25,295 cm² with tissue-culture (TC) treated plasma-etched surfaces to optimize cell attachment.

The units are available in two configurations featuring either wide-mouth (26 mm) ports for easy pouring or narrow-mouth (12 mm) ports designed for aseptic transfer systems. Sterilized via E-beam irradiation to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6, every batch undergoes rigorous leak testing and cleanroom molding. Designed to be dimensionally identical to Corning CellSTACK® 3272 flasks, they maintain full compatibility with standard Corning accessories, caps, and automated equipment.

• Individually packaged in double-layer sterile bags
• Flask layers are ultrasonically welded together without adhesives or additives. This creates a strong, gas-tight seal between layers without introducing leachables and extractables that could cause cell culture abnormalities
• Two port mouth options available. Wide mouth (26mm) ports make it easy to pour media and reach all layers of the flask. Narrow mouth (12mm) ports are designed to fit aseptic transfer caps for sterile transfer of cells and media into and out of the flasks
• Optional threaded caps are offered with chemically resistant, heat-sealable flexible TPE tubing, enabling aseptic transfer of media and cells
• Dimensionally and geometrically identical in design to Corning CellSTACK® flasks
• Compatible with Corning accessories, caps and equipment
• 100% of flasks are tested for leakage via pressure testing before shipping
• Clear lot number for batch traceability
