The PHCbi MCO-170MP-PA Cell-IQ Multigas Incubator is designed to optimize mammalian cell culture by accurately controlling temperature, CO₂, oxygen, and humidity to better reproduce physiological in vivo conditions. The Direct Heat and Air Jacket system delivers stable chamber temperatures, while the dual filter infrared CO₂ sensor and stabilized zirconia O₂ sensor provide precise gas regulation with rapid recovery following door openings.
The inCu-saFe copper-enriched stainless steel chamber provides passive contamination control, while optional SafeCell™ UV and optional hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) vapor decontamination systems enhance chamber cleanliness. A color LCD touchscreen, USB data transfer, and integrated shelf channels simplify operation and maintenance for advanced laboratory applications.
