Built around a standard plate-load weight carriage with 1" posts, the PHG1000X offers a versatile workout platform that can be loaded using standard weight plates or upgraded with an optional 150 lb. selectorized weight stack for quick pin adjustments.

Featuring a patented dual-function press arm system, the PHG1000X allows users to perform both bench pressing and dumbbell-style pectoral fly movements on a single station. Equipped with high and low cable pulleys, a dedicated leg developer, and essential cable attachments, this compact multi-gym supports a complete range of upper- and lower-body resistance exercises within a footprint of just over 5 feet by 3.5 feet.
