The Powerline PLM180X Lat Machine (PLM180X) by Body-Solid is a compact, plate-loaded home workout station engineered to isolate and build the upper body musculature. Designed with dual high and low pulley positions, this station allows users to perform lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, upright rows, triceps press-downs, and biceps curls in a space-saving residential footprint.

Built with heavy-gauge steel construction and an electrostatically applied powder-coat finish, the PLM180X utilizes patented nylon bushings along its weight carriage glide system to deliver smooth, friction-free movement under load. Standard 1" diameter weight posts accommodate standard plates (or 2" Olympic plates via optional adapter sleeves), supporting up to 250 lbs. Dual-position 8-inch foam rollers secure users firmly in place during heavy pulling movements.
