The Prius Healthcare Duet Mattress System delivers comprehensive pressure redistribution designed for patients with or at risk of developing Stage 1, 2, 3, and 4 pressure ulcers. Combining Low Air Loss, Pulsation, 3-1 Alternation, Static, and Lateral Rotation Therapies in a single mattress replacement, it adapts continuously to patient positioning and therapeutic requirements. Built-in automatic sensing technology detects bed frame angles during Fowler Mode and adjusts internal pressure dynamically to maintain safe immersion.

Caregivers benefit from the specialized Patient Care Mode, which max-inflates the surface to assist bedside treatment and facilitate patient transfers. Supported by a 2-inch convoluted foam base, the mattress preserves structural integrity and support even during power failure situations. Constructed with clear TPU air cells and a fluid-resistant nylon cover, the system supports patient weights up to 700 lbs across multiple standard width options.
