The Protekt Serenity Gel Overlay is a cost-effective, high-performance Group 1 pressure redistribution support surface designed to prevent and treat pressure ulcers. It features 15 horizontal gel bladders encapsulated between a convoluted high-density polyurethane foam top layer and a firm high-resilient foam base, providing deep immersion, excellent pressure redistribution, and no migration or bottoming out. The overlay maintains room temperature at all times, includes a fluid-resistant antimicrobial nylon top cover, and secures easily to the mattress with elastic corner straps on the vinyl bottom. Ideal for home care, nursing homes, hospitals, rehab centers, and long-term care.
