PURE Hard Surface is a ready-to-use disinfectant and food contact surface sanitizer for hard, non-porous surfaces. Its active ingredient is silver dihydrogen citrate (SDC), a patented antimicrobial developed by PURE Bioscience. It is colorless and odorless and is applied straight from the container, with no mixing.

Per PURE Bioscience, PURE Hard Surface kills bacteria and viruses with contact times of 30 to 120 seconds when used as directed, and its label lists organisms including SARS-CoV-2, Human Coronavirus, Norovirus, Hepatitis B and C, MRSA, VRE, CRE, Listeria, E. coli and Salmonella. It is approved for use on food contact surfaces without a rinse, and it contains no bleach, ammonia, phosphates or phenols.

It is used in food processing and food service, healthcare and clinic settings, schools and childcare, hospitality and facility care. It comes in a case of two 1 gallon jugs and a single 2.5 gallon jug for refilling, and in a case of twelve 20 oz Flairosol spray bottles.

How to use: per PURE Bioscience, spray, pour or spread PURE Hard Surface on the surface until visibly wet and leave it for the contact time shown on the label. Always read and follow the product label directions.
