The PharmaRoam25 is a medical-grade, countertop refrigerator or freezer designed for secure transport of vaccines and pharmaceuticals in clinical, field, and disaster preparedness settings. Engineered with a 25-liter capacity and Class II FDA registration, this unit maintains precise temperature control while operating on AC, DC, or optional battery power.
Constructed from durable military-grade aluminum (MIL-SPEC), the PharmaRoam25 features a water-tight, sealed, and anodized payload compartment to protect temperature-sensitive products during mobile deployment. The unit accommodates 445 vial boxes or 4,450 vaccine doses and operates as a refrigerator down to 1°C, with optional -20°C freezer capability via refrigerant change.
Smart Power Management and Temperature Control
Smart charge technology automatically switches between battery and electrical power plugs, ensuring continuous operation during transport or power outages. A digital microprocessor temperature controller with built-in alarm monitors internal conditions, and emergency alarms activate if battery charge falls below safe operating thresholds. External temperature port is ready for optional data loggers to support coldchain compliance protocols.
