Stroops OPTIMILL Flat Motorless Treadmill Self-Propelled Indoor Running Trainer
The Stroops OPTIMILL Flat Motorless Treadmill Running & Resistance Training System is designed to provide an authentic indoor running experience using a self-propelled flat motorless treadmill. Unlike conventional motorized treadmills, the running belt moves only through the force generated by the user, allowing the treadmill to naturally accelerate, slow, and stop with every stride.
The system is available in multiple package configurations built around the Optimill treadmill. Depending on the selected package, it may include the Base Slastix® Adjustable Anchor, Universal Swivel Belt XL, and Optitail® Anchoring System to support resistance-based running, rehabilitation, and movement training.
The Optimill features a shock-absorbent slat belt, a steel spine support system, and a wireless Polar heart rate monitor that displays speed, heart rate, distance, and additional workout metrics. The system is suitable for athletic performance training, rehabilitation, gait correction, and can be combined with the Movement Optimizer Rehabilitation Frame.
