The Stroops Resistance 90 is a portable full-body resistance training system designed to create a personal gym setup almost anywhere. The compact dual-band system combines Slastix resistance technology with your choice of anchor and resistance level, allowing you to train different muscle groups and movements according to your fitness level.

The Resistance 90 includes a dual-band Slastix resistance band, collapsible arm bar, and your choice of either a Foam Door Anchor or Spine Strap. The Foam Door Anchor can be positioned at different points on a doorframe, while the Spine Strap provides access to seven anchor points from the top to the bottom of the door.

The Slastix bands use a protective safety sleeve designed to help protect the elastic tubing from cuts, nicks, tears, and other external damage. The sleeve also helps prevent excessive extension and reduces the risk of a dangerous snapback if the band breaks.

Available in Light, Medium, Heavy, and Very Heavy resistance, as well as Black or Orange, the Resistance 90 can be configured for different training levels and preferences.

The dual handles allow you to work both sides of the body during resistance exercises, while the collapsible arm bar can be attached to the handles to provide additional stability during training.
