Stroops SRPBASE Portable Base 8-Point Resistance Band Training Anchor
The Stroops Portable Base is an octagonal steel ground anchor designed for portable resistance training. It features eight anchor points for attaching Slastix resistance bands or other resistance bands, allowing up to eight users to train at the same time.
The base can be weighed down with plates using the centralized anchor. Its textured non-slip underside helps keep the base in place during workouts, while its low-profile anchor points provide a practical solution for floor-based exercises and mat Pilates.
Constructed from steel in the USA, the Portable Base supports up to 350 lbs of resistance. Weighing just under 16 lbs without added weight, it is designed to be easy to transport and set up in different training environments.
The Portable Base can also be used as an anchor for battle ropes. Stroops recommends the Son of the Beast elastic battle rope for intensified training. For group workouts, the recommended workout area is up to a 12-foot diameter.
