The Stroops The Beast is a 20-foot sleeved elastic battle rope designed to take traditional battle rope training to the next level. Unlike conventional battle ropes, The Beast combines battle rope movements with variable resistance, allowing you to train for strength, speed, power, conditioning, and full-body performance.

The Beast can stretch up to 60 feet during training, increasing resistance as the rope is extended. Its elastic design makes it suitable for traditional battle rope movements such as waves and slams, as well as dynamic exercises including sprints, jumps, presses, rows, and other resistance-based movements.

Built with Stroops Slastix safety-sleeve technology, the elastic core is protected from external damage and excessive stretching. Durable handles on both ends provide a secure grip during training.

The Beast is available in 47, 77, 105, and 150 lbs resistance levels and in Black or Orange.
