The Stroops Toner is a 48-inch dual-handle Slastix resistance band designed for full-body resistance training, warmups, mobility, strength, and athletic conditioning.

Toner bands use Stroops' safety-sleeve elastic technology, which helps protect the resistance tubing from cuts, scrapes, abrasions, and other external damage. The sleeve also helps limit over-extension and reduce snapback risk if the band breaks during use.

The Toner provides smooth resistance throughout the movement and can be used for a wide range of exercises including full-body warmups, shoulder strength and mobility, arm curls, squats, and chest presses. It is suitable for beginners through advanced athletes and can also be used for functional fitness, athletic performance, physical therapy, rehabilitation, home workouts, and travel workouts.
