Stroops VITL Kit Complete Full Body Resistance Training Anywhere
The Stroops VITL Kit is an all-in-one portable resistance training system designed for full-body workouts at home, in the gym, or on the go.
The VITL Kit includes four Slastix resistance bands, a Universal Swivel Belt, Spine Strap, two Foot Straps, two Textured Grip Handles, two Cloth Anchors, five Agility Dots, and a portable carrier bag. These components give you multiple ways to train your arms, legs, core, and entire body from different anchor positions.
The Spine Strap provides multiple anchor points when secured to a suitable door, while the Cloth Anchors allow you to create additional anchor positions around sturdy objects. The Foot Straps and Textured Grip Handles provide different ways to connect to the Slastix bands, while the Universal Swivel Belt is designed for rotational, speed, and full-body movements.
Slastix technology uses a protective sleeve around the resistance tubing to help protect against cuts, nicks, tears, abrasions, and excessive stretching. This helps improve band durability and provides additional protection during training.
The compact design makes the VITL Kit easy to transport and store, allowing you to create a versatile resistance training setup wherever you train.
