The Summit BIM85 is a 20" wide commercial ice machine engineered for high-traffic foodservice environments including restaurants, bars, break rooms, hotels, and cafes. ETL-S listed to NSF-12 standards and ENERGY STAR certified, this unit combines robust daily ice production with a uniquely shallow 18" depth, making it ideal for undercounter installations in wet bars, island kitchens, and compact commercial spaces where footprint is limited.

Capable of producing up to 80 lbs of clear 1" x 1" cube-style ice per 24-hour cycle, the BIM85 features an internal storage bin capacity of 33 lbs. The air-cooled refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant and is designed to prevent overheating during continuous operation. A fully finished stainless steel cabinet with a jet black lift-up lid provides durable, professional aesthetics suitable for front-of-house and back-of-house applications.

Operational Controls and Maintenance Features

Digital controls mounted on the front panel allow users to adjust ice cube thickness, activate the clean function, and monitor bin status via an integrated full bin sensor.
