RecoveryTherm Cube is a pocket-sized cold and heat device that straps to whichever joint needs it. Two strap lengths are included, so the same unit works on a wrist, an elbow, a knee or a shoulder.

Therabody's Cryothermal technology holds the set temperature for the whole treatment, so the cold does not fade partway through the way a gel pack does. There is no ice and no water.

Cold is used for swelling and discomfort, heat for stiffness, and contrast alternates the two in one session. The device runs on its own battery and charges over USB-C.
