Theragun Mini Plus is the travel-sized Theragun that adds heat to percussive massage. The heated attachment holds a steady temperature of up to 131°F while the motor works the muscle, so a warm-up or a post-session recovery round happens in one pass instead of two.

According to Therabody, combining heat with percussive massage delivers benefits 3x faster than percussive massage alone.^* The brand positions the device for warm-ups before training, for easing tension between sets and for reducing soreness afterwards.

Two buttons run everything: one cycles 3 massage speeds, the other 3 heat intensity levels. The motor is built to hold its speed when you press harder, so it does not stall mid-stroke against a tight muscle. A travel lock keeps it from switching on by itself in a bag.

Bluetooth connects the device to the Therabody app, where settings, pressure feedback and guided routines are available. Coach by Therabody, included in the app at no charge, builds recovery plans from goals and from activity data shared by wearables such as Apple Health, Garmin and Strava.
