Theragun Prime Plus is the full-size Theragun that ships with heat included. The Heated Percussive Plus Attachment warms the muscle while the motor works it, so a warm-up or a recovery round happens in one pass instead of two.

According to Therabody, adding heat to percussive massage speeds up recovery, improves warm-ups and relieves pain faster than percussive massage alone.

Four attachments are included: the heated head plus a Dampener, a Standard Ball and a Wedge. The Cold Plus and Vibration Plus attachments also fit this device, but they are sold separately and are not part of this listing.

Bluetooth connects the device to the Therabody app for guided routines, settings and pressure feedback. The patented triangle grip reaches the back and shoulders without straining the wrist.
