Theragun PRO Plus is the top of the Theragun range. It is the only model that carries percussive massage, heat, vibration and infrared LED light therapy in one body, and the only one with a built-in biometric sensor that reads heart rate during treatment.

Seven attachments ship with the device. Five are massage heads, one adds heat and one adds vibration. The Cold Plus Attachment works with this device as well, but it is sold separately and is not part of this listing.

On-device routines run without a phone. Bluetooth connects the device to the Therabody app for guided programmes, live pressure feedback and Coach by Therabody, which builds recovery plans from goals and from wearable activity data.

The patented triangle grip reaches the back and shoulders without straining the wrist, and QuietForce technology keeps the motor quiet enough to use in a shared room.
