Theragun Sense is the model built around guidance rather than raw power. The LCD screen on the body walks through a routine step by step, so the device does not need a phone to be useful.

A biometric sensor is built in and reads heart rate during use. Four attachments ship with it, the Standard Ball, Dampener, Thumb and Micro-point, which between them cover full body work, tender areas, trigger points and smaller muscle groups.

Per Therabody, Theragun Sense delivers relaxing massage therapy to help relieve pain, ease soreness, reduce stress and improve sleep.

This is the first generation Theragun Sense. Therabody also sells a second generation under the same name, which is a smaller device with two attachments and no biometric sensor.
