ThermBack LED is a wrap for the lower back that runs four therapies at once rather than one. Heat with infrared covers the lower back, vibration is placed around the muscles, and the near-infrared LED array runs along the spine.

Three heat levels are available, Low, Medium and High, at 102, 107 and 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Vibration has three patterns, Low, High and Wave. The LED array is on or off, with no intensity levels.

The battery runs around 180 minutes and shuts off automatically after 20 minutes of battery use. Plugged in, it runs continuously. Adjustable hook and loop straps plus an elastic compression strap give the fit; Therabody describes it as one size fits all.

Per Therabody, ThermBack LED is clinically proven to reduce lower back pain using four advanced therapies. Therabody's own footnote to that claim reads: "Clinically-validated survey results from a 14-day period of n = 100 participants in an ongoing clinical trial (NCT06749912 STUDY00008828) with State University of New York at Buffalo. Therabody, Inc. sponsored the trial, but execution, data analysis, and reporting of results were independent of the funding source."
