The Viva Comfort 3-Position Geriatric Bariatric Recliner is a mobile patient chair for hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and rehabilitation centers. It has three positions: upright, deep recline and elevated leg rest. A lever on the right side controls the recline.

The seat cushion is 3 inches thick and the back cushion is 2.5 inches thick. The articulating headrest pillow adjusts for head and neck support, and wide, angled armrests stay stable in every position. The footrest tucks fully under the chair when not in use. Per Viva Comfort, the Midnight Express upholstery is antimicrobial.

Caregivers can move the chair with the cushioned rear push handle and 5 inch locking casters; the rear brakes engage with a foot pedal. A side tray at the left armrest locks in place and folds away. A front activity tray is offered separately and stores on the backrest frame. The steel frame supports up to 500 lb.
