The Viva Comfort Recessed Specimen Pass-Thru Cabinet lets specimens pass through the wall from one room to another without staff and patient meeting. Two self-closing doors with internal spring hinges give access from each side. Only one door can be opened at a time while the other stays locked, which helps keep the patient's privacy and limits handling of the specimen.

The cabinet is made of 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. A stainless steel drip tray is included to contain specimens and make cleanup easy. A conical flask symbol on the doors marks it as the specimen cabinet.
