The cabinet structure is foamed-in-place using Ecomate high-density polyurethane insulation with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). A heavy-duty, black powder-coated welded steel frame rail with built-in levelers ensures structural integrity and long-term corrosion resistance.
The cabinet is fitted with two "Low-E" double-pane thermal insulated glass swing doors set in extruded aluminum frames. Operating on a positive-seal torsion closure system, the self-closing doors prevent heat gain during frequent opening. Each door features an integrated 12" (305 mm) handle and a tool-free removable magnetic gasket for effortless cleaning. Safety-shielded interior LED lighting delivers bright, uniform illumination across all storage levels.
