Built with enduring quality to withstand heavy daily usage, the exterior features a solid stainless steel front with high tensile strength to minimize dents and scratches, paired with anodized quality aluminum ends, back, and top. The interior is lined with an NSF-approved clear coated aluminum liner and a durable stainless steel floor with coved corners for quick sanitation. The entire cabinet structure and solid door are foamed-in-place using Ecomate—a high-density polyurethane insulation with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). The cabinet is supported by a heavy-duty, black powder-coated welded steel frame rail equipped with 4" (102 mm) diameter swivel castors (locks provided on front set).
The unit is fitted with a single self-closing, solid stainless steel swing door featuring a lifetime-guaranteed recessed door handle foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock. A positive-seal torsion closure system and a one-piece magnetic door gasket (removable without tools) ensure thermal tightness. Standard keyed door locks provide physical access control for sensitive stored materials.
