The E1 is a seated elliptical that fits under a desk and runs two ways. The motion is zero-impact and the silent wheel design keeps it quiet enough for an office or a shared room. The pedals are non-slip with raised dots across the surface. A one-button remote handles the settings and stores in a slot on the machine so it does not get lost.
